Mine bridge crane

The main lifting mechanism of the mine crane consists of two drums with two-layer winding of rope, which are driven in rotation by the common drive of the main lifting mechanism. The drive of the lifting mechanisms ensures mechanism operation both with one and two motors. When one motor of lifting mechanism fails, the operation goes on with half speed due to the second motor operation.

Taking into consideration the specifics of mine cranes, during its designing we focus on safety. Partially, the mine cranes are equipped with a rope slack limiter, which prevents possible rope slacking in situation when the traverse sticks in the shaft. The cranes are also equipped with a safety brake which stops cargo moving when the operation speed of lowing is exceeded.

During crane units packaging, we take into consideration the specifics of the Customer’s manufacturing process, as well as individual requirements according to the technical specification. During mine crane manufacturing, we use components of leading manufactures and reliable suppliers.
