Tandem rotary wagon tippler
The tandem rotary wagon tipplers of VRDS-200 type are intended for bulk materials unloading simultaneously from two open wagons. Such type of wagon tipplers operates in conjunction with a side positioner. The material is unloaded into an underground receiving bin.
Operating principle:
The loaded open wagons are set on a platform inside a wagon tippler rotor and fixed inside. Then the wagon tippler makes a revolution around longitudinal axis, as a result of which load gets on the lattice of the receiving bins. After unloading, the couple of empty open wagons is pushed from the tandem wagon tippler and then the following pair of wagons moves.
