Installation of two "Zubr-770" portal transfer cranes has started in Dudinka polar port

Installation of two "Zubr-770" portal cranes for the Zapolyarny Transportniy Filial (ZTF) of MMC Norilsk Nickel has started in Dudinka polar port.

Portal transfer cranes KPP 26(24/45)-32/17-10,5K "Zubr-770", with maximum lifting capacity of 45 tonnes in hook mode are designed for transshipment of bulk and tare-unit cargoes, for work with automatic spreader, as well as for transporting people in a special cradle.

The cranes "Zubr-770" are designed for operation in the climatic region with cold climate and are manufactured in ХЛ version of placement category 1 according to GOST 15150-69 for operation at ambient air temperature from -45°С to +40°С.

A characteristic feature simplifying the installation of the crane "Zubr" is the fact that the elements of its gantry are fastened on flange connections without the use of welding.

The assemblies, which have undergone precise machining on modern CNC machines, make it easy to assemble the crane on the assembly site, almost like a Lego constructor.
